Suorin Air Pro Cartridge has a convenient refillable 4.9mL e-liquid capacity and a coil resistance of 1.0 ohm. The pre-installed coil is designed to provide a low-wattage smooth vape for beginners to get them a new MTL experience. Use the bottom fill method. To fill, pull out the pod cartridge, lift the silicone tab back, and start filling. It has a longer service life than any other pods. Each cartridge can be reused up to 6 times. The built-in 1.0ohm mesh coil is made for your nic salt vaping. The flavor on this coil is slightly more pronounced, the thinner nic salt juice allows more flavor to come through. Suorin Air Pro Pod Cartridge also has an upgraded airflow system, adopts a LAVAL nozzle airway design, which can speed up the suction speed of airflow and achieve excellent flavor delivery. These pods attach firmly to the mod via a gold-plated proprietary connection.

HARDWARE:
Defective hardware purchased from Essentials Wholesale can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. This 30-Day Warranty only covers manufacturer defects (i.e. did not work out of the box). Any other type of damage caused by mistreatment or misuse of the product will not be accepted. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer of the product to process a return. Products that are damaged, scratched, dented or have visible wear & tear will not be accepted.
E-LIQUIDS/E-JUICES
All E-Liquid/E-Juice sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on E-Liquids/E-Juices.
DISPOSABLES
All Disposable sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Disposables.
GLASS PRODUCTS OR WATER PIPES:
Damaged or broken items must be claimed within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims after 48 hours and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Processing Your Return:
Upon submission of our returns form, our Returns Department will review the claim and provide you with final disposition. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on your requested resolution. Please Note: If a replacement device is not available, we reserve the right to issue a store credit.
We will do our best to resolve any issues that you have with our products. We may at times, decide to approve a return/claim that may fall outside of the guidelines described above. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to those items and the subsequent shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Special approval is granted only upon our discretion.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
