Upgraded from its predecessor, the Eyce Rig II boasts epic design upgrades once again making it the best silicone rig on the market. Our new 10mm glass collar is the most notable of the updates. This new collar holds the included titanium nail and acts as a heat barrier, protecting the silicone and extending the life of the rig. Equipped with reinforced chamber walls, this next-generation portable silicone rig has enhanced stability making an evening better smoking experience than our original Eyce Rig. The stem cap has also been upgraded with thicker silicone walls. In addition to our signature built-in concentrate container and four tool slots, the Rig II has a new tool slot for holding an upgraded 10mm carb cap that is available now!

HARDWARE:
Defective hardware purchased from Essentials Wholesale can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. This 30-Day Warranty only covers manufacturer defects (i.e. did not work out of the box). Any other type of damage caused by mistreatment or misuse of the product will not be accepted. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer of the product to process a return. Products that are damaged, scratched, dented or have visible wear & tear will not be accepted.
E-LIQUIDS/E-JUICES
All E-Liquid/E-Juice sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on E-Liquids/E-Juices.
DISPOSABLES
All Disposable sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Disposables.
GLASS PRODUCTS OR WATER PIPES:
Damaged or broken items must be claimed within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims after 48 hours and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Processing Your Return:
Upon submission of our returns form, our Returns Department will review the claim and provide you with final disposition. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on your requested resolution. Please Note: If a replacement device is not available, we reserve the right to issue a store credit.
We will do our best to resolve any issues that you have with our products. We may at times, decide to approve a return/claim that may fall outside of the guidelines described above. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to those items and the subsequent shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Special approval is granted only upon our discretion.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
