HOHM

Hohm LIFE⁴ is designed for users that wish to feed insanely power-hungry devices without having to swap batteries every other minute. These are rated at 3015mAh capacity, with a CDR of 22.1A, and 80^oC | 3.2V cut-off limit (whichever occurs first) @ 31.5A. For EV and DC motor applications, the LIFE⁴ cell handles repeated 37.1A loads @ 5s on, 30s off (Pulse/Peak). All ratings are subject to meet and/or exceed strict limitation policies set forth for DLr¹, TID², PVDL³, CLR⁴, mΩR⁵, and Temperature (°C). Hohm LIFE⁴ is built from the QSP NMC chemistry formulation, with manganese inert compound replaced with additional proprietary levels of cobalt & nickel as well as added custom bonding agents to achieve unprecedented capabilities. It is further enhanced with components from industry-leading manufacturers that give it the heartbeat of Hohm Tech.

Every Hohm Tech cell model has been tested and certified by UN38.3, EN62133, IEC62133 2nd Edition, and UL1642 accredited laboratories and testing facilities assigned by regulatory bodies. HARDWARE:

Defective hardware purchased from Essentials Wholesale can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. This 30-Day Warranty only covers manufacturer defects (i.e. did not work out of the box). Any other type of damage caused by mistreatment or misuse of the product will not be accepted. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer of the product to process a return. Products that are damaged, scratched, dented or have visible wear & tear will not be accepted.

E-LIQUIDS/E-JUICES

All E-Liquid/E-Juice sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on E-Liquids/E-Juices.

DISPOSABLES

All Disposable sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Disposables.

GLASS PRODUCTS OR WATER PIPES:

Damaged or broken items must be claimed within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims after 48 hours and are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Processing Your Return:

Upon submission of our returns form, our Returns Department will review the claim and provide you with final disposition. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on your requested resolution. Please Note: If a replacement device is not available, we reserve the right to issue a store credit.

We will do our best to resolve any issues that you have with our products. We may at times, decide to approve a return/claim that may fall outside of the guidelines described above. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to those items and the subsequent shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Special approval is granted only upon our discretion.
