Check out the latest backpack that you designed with like a thousand comments – it’s the RAW Low Key Backpack! You asked for a lower key version and there isn’t a RAW logo anywhere on there, just a classic tab, a connoisseur up top, and a low key round logo that doesn’t say anything about rolling papers. So if you don’t know you don’t know, but if you know you KNOW!
We also improved it by bringing the zippers on the front pocket to go all the way around the sides to the bottom so the front flap can drop out for easier access to the mesh pocket and storage inside. There are also twin compartments on the sides with even more storage for your prerolls, loaders and whatever other supplies you need for rolling up. This thing has more chambers than the Wu-Tang Clan!
The main compartment also has double silicone gasketed zippers to make it even more smell resistant, a nice new interior fabric and two interior pouches so you can keep your smoking supplies separated. It also has a proprietary 6-layer design with a fat-ass activated carbon layer sandwiched between two mesh layers, a water proof foil layer, an additional filter layer and the outside is a washable thick Burlap so this backpack will last! If you are carrying a large amount of really really loud then this is the backpack for you!

HARDWARE:
Defective hardware purchased from Essentials Wholesale can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. This 30-Day Warranty only covers manufacturer defects (i.e. did not work out of the box). Any other type of damage caused by mistreatment or misuse of the product will not be accepted. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer of the product to process a return. Products that are damaged, scratched, dented or have visible wear & tear will not be accepted.
E-LIQUIDS/E-JUICES
All E-Liquid/E-Juice sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on E-Liquids/E-Juices.
DISPOSABLES
All Disposable sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Disposables.
GLASS PRODUCTS OR WATER PIPES:
Damaged or broken items must be claimed within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims after 48 hours and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Processing Your Return:
Upon submission of our returns form, our Returns Department will review the claim and provide you with final disposition. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on your requested resolution. Please Note: If a replacement device is not available, we reserve the right to issue a store credit.
We will do our best to resolve any issues that you have with our products. We may at times, decide to approve a return/claim that may fall outside of the guidelines described above. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to those items and the subsequent shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Special approval is granted only upon our discretion.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
