SMOK Nord X Pod Cartridge is a refillable replacement pod for the SMOK Nord X kit that's can compatible with your favorite RPM/RPM 2 coils. There are two types of Refillable Pods included, the Nord X RPM 2 Pod and Nord X RPM Pod, both of them can hold 6ml e-juice, and a side-filling mechanism helps you avoid leaks and spills. Its design has a transparent area through which you can clearly see the level of e-liquid in order to better view the consumption of e-liquid. Nord X RPM 2 Pod is compatible with RPM 2 series coils, bringing dense vapor and intense flavor for DL vaping; Nord X RPM Pod is compatible with RPM series coils to bring the best flavor to your MTL vaping. You can get different vape experiences according to your needs. Nord X Pod Cartridge also is outfitted with an ergonomic mouthpiece for comfortable usage and vapor delivery. HARDWARE:
Defective hardware purchased from Essentials Wholesale can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. This 30-Day Warranty only covers manufacturer defects (i.e. did not work out of the box). Any other type of damage caused by mistreatment or misuse of the product will not be accepted. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer of the product to process a return. Products that are damaged, scratched, dented or have visible wear & tear will not be accepted.
E-LIQUIDS/E-JUICES
All E-Liquid/E-Juice sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on E-Liquids/E-Juices.
DISPOSABLES
All Disposable sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Disposables.
GLASS PRODUCTS OR WATER PIPES:
Damaged or broken items must be claimed within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims after 48 hours and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Processing Your Return:
Upon submission of our returns form, our Returns Department will review the claim and provide you with final disposition. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on your requested resolution. Please Note: If a replacement device is not available, we reserve the right to issue a store credit.
We will do our best to resolve any issues that you have with our products. We may at times, decide to approve a return/claim that may fall outside of the guidelines described above. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to those items and the subsequent shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Special approval is granted only upon our discretion.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
